This introductory, two-part session is specifically designed for clients in transition, to help you reframe your circumstances with a cognizant perspective and create paths toward progress.

Prior to the engagement, clients will complete a survey to kickstart their journey toward understanding themselves. This will allow us to move forward efficiently and effectively. Our first session will review the survey results and allow clients to identify a coaching goal that we can work toward. The second session will build on those foundations. Together, we’ll help you to embrace the change that is inevitable.

Whatever your starting point, after your Cognizant Lab introductions are complete, these general coaching sessions may focus on transitions, leadership, life, or your specific career goals. There’s truly no limit on what areas we can identify and work on together in these supplemental sessions. Throughout our time together, we use a variety of awareness programs that not only address transitions and executive work/life balance, but also career goals, personal development, and so much more.
